Aerial Video Editor
full-timeCut commercial reels, listing videos, and hospitality pieces from aerial footage, in-house, on a fast turnaround. You own the edit from shot review to final color.
What you will do
- Edit and color commercial, real estate, and hospitality aerial videos
- Turn raw flight footage into a story that matches the shot plan
- Produce dated, branded progress photo sets for construction clients
- Keep a consistent look across every deliverable that leaves PDS
- Manage project files and hit client turnaround dates
What you bring
- 3+ years editing video professionally, with a reel
- Fluent in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus color grading
- An eye for pacing, music, and how aerial footage reads on screen
- Organized with media, versions, and deadlines
- Bonus: motion graphics or experience with drone footage

FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot
full-timeFly commercial, construction, and community missions across Florida to a set shot standard. You capture the imagery our editors and Viewer pipeline turn into deliverables clients actually use.
What you will do
- Plan and fly aerial media, inspection, and mapping missions to a defined shot list
- Capture clean, overlapping imagery suitable for photogrammetry and Viewer processing
- Run pre-flight checks, airspace authorization (LAANC), and on-site safety
- Coordinate ground control points on survey jobs with the operations lead
- Travel across Florida job sites, with occasional multi-day trips
What you bring
- Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
- 2+ years flying commercial drone work, with a portfolio
- Comfortable with DJI enterprise platforms and mission-planning apps
- Clean driving record and reliable transport for field travel
- Based in or willing to relocate to Southwest Florida
