This Privacy Policy explains how Professional Drone Solutions, LLC ("PDS", "we", "us") handles information when you visit https://prodrones.com, request a quote, or work with us on an aerial media, inspection, documentation, or mapping project.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and run our business:

Details you give us. Your name, company, email, phone number, project address, and anything you type into the quote form or send us by email.
Project files. Photos, site plans, or notes you upload so we can scope a flight.
Usage data. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics such as pages visited and referring links. We do not use these to identify you personally.

How we use it

To prepare a quote and schedule your project.
To deliver footage, reports, and Viewer access, and to support them afterward.
To reply to questions and send project updates you asked for.
To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting), and only as far as they need it to do that work.

If you check the box to share your survey request, we pass the details of that request to Florida Aerial Survey Technologies (FAST), our licensed sister company at floridaaerialsurvey.com, so they can prepare your survey quote. We only share a request with FAST when you opt in to it — unchecking that box keeps your details with PDS alone.

Drone footage and privacy on site

Our pilots fly under FAA Part 107 rules and plan flights to capture the property or subject you hired us for. On community and residential work we frame shots to avoid unnecessary views into private windows and yards. If you have a specific privacy concern about a flight, tell us before the shoot and we will plan around it. Read more on our HOA and communities page.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of cookies to keep the site running and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Analytics stay off until any required consent is in place.

How long we keep information

We keep project records and communications for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period after, so we can honor warranties, answer follow-up questions, and meet legal or tax obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
Opt out of project update emails at any time by replying and telling us to stop.
