These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://prodrones.com and the services provided by Professional Drone Solutions, LLC ("PDS", "we", "us"). By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide aerial video and photography, inspections, progress documentation, and engineer-trusted mapping (the last delivered with our sister company for survey work). Every project is scoped in a written quote or statement of work. That quote, once you accept it, sits alongside these Terms and controls if the two ever conflict.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Prices can change if the scope, site conditions, or schedule change.
Payment terms appear on your quote or invoice. Late balances may pause delivery or Viewer access until they are settled.
Travel, permits, and third-party fees are billed as quoted or at cost when they cannot be known up front.

Scheduling, weather, and airspace

Drone flights depend on weather, wind, and airspace clearance. We fly under FAA Part 107 and will not fly when it is unsafe or not permitted. If a shoot is grounded for those reasons we will reschedule at the earliest safe window at no rebooking penalty. Delays caused by site access, permits, or conditions outside our control are not our responsibility.

Deliverables and licensing

Unless your quote says otherwise, we license the final edited deliverables to you for your own marketing, records, and operations. We keep ownership of raw footage, project files, and our Viewer software and methods. We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate site details, access, and any permissions needed to fly the property.
Tell us before the shoot about privacy concerns, restricted areas, or sensitive neighbors.
Confirm you have the right to have the property or subject filmed.

Viewer access

Access to our interactive Viewers is provided for the term stated in your project or subscription. We may update, improve, or retire features over time. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our work with professional care, but we do not warrant that footage or reports will meet a purpose we did not agree to in writing. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim tied to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept the current Terms.
