What areas do you cover?
We are based in Naples and cover the whole state of Florida, from Miami to Tampa to the Panhandle. Media, inspection, and documentation work also travels to projects across the U.S. through our nationwide drone program management. Tell us where and we will quote it. Survey and mapping stays Florida-only through our sister company FAST (LB8247).
Do you fly outside Florida?
Yes. Our home base is Florida, and our aerial media, inspection, and progress work travels to projects across the U.S. through our nationwide drone program management. Tell us where and we will quote it. Survey and mapping is the one exception: it stays Florida-only through our sister company FAST (LB8247).
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We fly under FAA Part 107 with certified remote pilots and carry commercial drone liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance for a job site when your GC or property manager needs one.
How fast do you deliver?
Standard media delivery is 3 business days, and inspection sets are usually delivered the same week we fly. A 1-business-day rush is available when you book.
Do you shoot building interiors?
No. We are an aerial company, so we shoot exteriors, rooftops, sites, and grounds from the air. That focus is why the flying and the edits stay sharp.
How much does it cost?
Aerial media and inspections start at $200, and landscape and community plans at $25 a month. Survey work is quoted through FAST. The final number depends on the site, how many flights the job takes, and what you want back. Send us the address and we usually return a real figure within one business day.
What is a Viewer?
A Viewer is the interactive model we build from a flight. Instead of a folder of photos, you get a dated, zoomable record you can compare over time, whether that is construction progress, community grounds, or an annotated inspection.
Are your pilots individually certified?
Yes. Every pilot on a PDS job holds a current FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate. The company is licensed and insured, and the person flying your site is certified too, with no helpers and no exceptions.
Does the drone equipment matter for the result?
It matters, but less than the planning around it. A good operator matches the camera and payload to the job, a zoom for a roof defect or a calibrated camera for a survey, and plans the flight before the props spin. Ask what they are flying and why.
What do I actually receive?
The finished deliverable, not a download link to raw clips. Media comes back edited and color-graded, inspections arrive dated and located in the Inspection Viewer, and progress work lands on a timeline you can compare. Raw files are available on request.
