PROGRESS + CONSTRUCT VIEWER

Construction drone services with progress photos your owner opens in one link.

Fast, dated, branded aerial documentation on a schedule, so the whole team looks at the same reality. When you need the full site map, we build the aerial map and it lives in Construct Viewer.

The problem

Most disputes with subs come down to one question: was it done, and when? A folder of photos from a ground camera is one nobody opens. We deliver dated aerial documentation on a cadence, so an excavation error shows up in week three, not after the slab is poured.

What you get

Everything the job needs, from one flight.

Dated progress photography

Branded, timestamped aerial imagery on a set schedule, turned around fast enough to use in the next owner meeting.

Orthomosaics when warranted

When a true top-down site map is called for and airspace allows, we stitch one in-house from hundreds of images.

Construct Viewer timeline

Your aerial map becomes a dated, side-by-side record the whole team logs into, so week 3 and week 12 sit next to each other.

Dispute-ready evidence

Dated, located imagery that answers "that wasn't done" before it becomes rework or a change-order fight.

One pass captures everything you need to prove, plan, or sell. Hover the points to see what we pull from a single flight.

Progress photos are not always an orthomosaic

Two different things get called "the drone map." Fast progress photos keep owners and lenders current every week. A true orthomosaic is stitched from hundreds of images and can be limited by airspace, so we build it only when the job calls for it. That map is where Construct Viewer earns its keep: dated job comparison, measurements, and one link for the owner. Start with the photos, add the map when it matters. We also handle site inspections and cinematic aerial media on the same flight.

The deliverable

One flight becomes a living model.

Every job ships with an interactive Viewer — the part you cannot get anywhere else — plus the raw files.

Questions

Frequently asked

How often should you photograph a construction site?
Most of our GCs run a weekly or biweekly cadence, tightened during critical phases like excavation and the slab pour. We set the schedule with you and hold it, so the record has no gaps.
What is the difference between progress photos and an orthomosaic?
Progress photos are fast, dated, branded images you use for updates and disputes. An orthomosaic is a stitched, measurable top-down map built from hundreds of images, warranted for site layout and quantities. We deliver photos on a cadence and build the map when the job needs it.
Can drone imagery settle a subcontractor dispute?
Yes. Dated, located imagery shows what existed on a given date. On one job, weekly imagery flagged an excavation error in week three and saved roughly $47,000 in rework.
Do you serve construction sites across Florida?
We fly statewide from our Naples base, including Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and Jacksonville.
