Drone Photography, Inspection & Mapping in St. Augustine, FL
Based in Naples, flying all of Florida · Licensed and fully insured
St. Augustine mixes the oldest continuously occupied European settlement in the country with one of Florida's fastest-growing counties. In the historic district, hotels, inns, and tour operators order aerials of the Castillo de San Marcos, the Bridge of Lions, and St. George Street that show the Matanzas River and the Atlantic beyond. On Anastasia Island and Vilano Beach, coastal real estate agents use waterfront and dune-line aerials to show buyers what a lot actually borders. Inland, St. Johns County homebuilding along CR 210 and SR 16 keeps developers and GCs ordering monthly progress sets. Roof inspections matter here too, since salt air and storm exposure wear coastal roofs quickly. Our headquarters is in Naples and our second office is in Palatka, about 30 minutes west, so Northeast Florida jobs are scheduled directly. Our flights are aerial-only, with exteriors, grounds, rooflines, and context delivered through one link in 3 business days, or 1 business day with rush. We plan around the tides and the low-angle light that suits historic coquina and Spanish-style rooflines. Survey and mapping on county land comes from our sister company FAST.

Historic rooftops and waterfront hotels
The historic district has tight streets, tall trees, and many visitors, which makes ground photography hard. From above, a hotel owner can show courtyards, pools, rooftop decks, and walking distance to the bay. We choose altitude and angle with the architecture in mind, because coquina walls and clay tile read best in warm, low light.
Beaches, marsh, and the Intracoastal
Anastasia Island, Vilano Beach, and the barrier island neighborhoods sit between ocean and marsh. Buyers want to see setback, access, and neighbors, and a single aerial answers all three. We shoot at both ends of the day and check tide tables so the water and sand look right in the images.
St. Johns County growth
CR 210 and SR 16 are lined with new communities. Builders order recurring flights that show clearing, roads, ponds, and houses as they go up, and sales teams use the same sets for buyer presentations. Lenders and owners can see changes without visiting the site, which saves a lot of back-and-forth.
Salt, storms, and roofs
Coastal roofs face salt air, wind-driven rain, and the occasional named storm. We photograph shingles, tile, flashing, and rooftop equipment from above and tag each image by building. After a storm, the 1-business-day rush gets a located set to adjusters and managers quickly. Hurricane season runs June through November, and many owners book a baseline flight before it starts.
