What we flew
Founders Square is a 55+ acre mixed-use development in Naples, with prime frontage on Immokalee Road and County Road 951 (Collier Blvd), planned for office, retail, residential, and storage parcels. We were brought in early to provide progress photography for the life of the project, and the shoot has run monthly ever since, capturing the entirety of the site each time.
Why it worked
Our clients use this kind of record to manage sites, give remote decision makers context, market the project, and validate work accomplished to investors and banks. From the first shoot in August 2020, the monthly sets showed site work progress, asphalt going down, and buildings starting to go vertical, with a 110,000-square-foot storage facility and a 400-unit apartment complex still in the works.
The record is the point
At 55+ acres, the ground view cannot answer “how is the site doing?” The monthly aerial does: the whole development in frame, dated and comparable, so progress is visible at a glance instead of a debate.
