Commercial
A distribution center that shows its scale
Aerial video and stills of a New Jersey distribution center, shot so the scale, solar roof, and truck access read in the first seconds of a listing.

The brief
- Client
- CPRanin, national industrial portfolio
- Goal
- Give the broker listing media that communicates the size, access, and roof condition of an industrial asset faster than a ground tour ever could.
- Scope
- One aerial shoot, aerial only, delivered as an edited listing film plus a stills package for the offering memorandum.
What we delivered
- Cinematic aerial listing video, edited in-house
- Wide stills showing dock access and site circulation
- Top-down frames of the solar roof and parking counts
- 3D-tracked callouts flagging access points and clear height
What we flew
Industrial real estate lives and dies on things a ground photo cannot show: how the docks are arranged, how trucks move through the site, how much roof and parking there is. So we flew it aerial only and built the shots around those questions. The film opens wide to establish scale, then works in to the dock face and the solar roof.
For a broker carrying a lot of listings, turnaround matters as much as the shot. This was one shoot day, edited in-house, back on a predictable schedule.
The deliverable
The listing film runs about a minute and answers the buyer’s first questions before the call. We layered 3D-tracked callouts onto the footage so clear height, dock count, and access points are labeled as the camera moves, which is what makes a property legible in sixty seconds.
This is the commercial real estate package: media built to move a listing, produced at the volume a broker with thirty deals in flight actually needs.
