Drone Photography, Inspection & Mapping in Cape Coral, FL
Based in Naples, flying all of Florida · Licensed and fully insured
Cape Coral was built around its canals, with hundreds of miles of waterways cut through a city that stretches from the Caloosahatchee to Burnt Store Road. That layout makes the aerial view the most honest way to sell a home here: a buyer can see the seawall, the dock, the bridges between the property and open water, and whether the canal is freshwater or saltwater. We fly the southeast Cape around the Yacht Club and Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point Marina, and the fast-growing north and west Cape.

What the canals change
A map of Cape Coral looks like a grid with water in every direction, and the grid decides what a home is worth. A direct-access saltwater canal, a freshwater canal with no Gulf connection, and a lot on a basin with no bridge in the way are priced differently, and the listing needs to show which one it is. Aerial footage covers the property line, the seawall, the dock, and the run out to open water in a single sequence. For sunrise and morning calm, shoots are scheduled around wind and tide, not a fixed time. The full range of listing packages is on the aerial video and photography page.
Where the work is
The southeast Cape around the Yacht Club, Cape Harbour, and Tarpon Point Marina has the strongest demand for marina, condo, and luxury-listing media. North of Pine Island Road and out toward Burnt Store Road, new subdivisions and commercial pads are going in, which is where progress documentation earns its place: owners and lenders can follow a build without driving to it. Rotary Park and the Four Mile Cove area add open-space and community content.
Seasonal timing
Winter brings seasonal residents and the busiest listing months, so the January to April window fills early. Summer brings afternoon thunderstorms off the Gulf, which pushes shoots to the morning and creates demand for storm roof inspections. Hurricane season is also when many Cape owners ask for dated documentation of their property, seawall and dock included, because a pre-storm record makes later repairs and claims easier to explain. Our pre-hurricane documentation guide explains what to capture.
