Drone Photography, Inspection & Mapping in Fort Myers, FL
Based in Naples, flying all of Florida · Licensed and fully insured
Fort Myers is a river city with a beach at the end of the road. The Caloosahatchee runs past the River District and the stately homes along McGregor Boulevard, while Daniels Parkway and Colonial Boulevard carry the commercial growth east. Out on Fort Myers Beach and San Carlos Boulevard, rebuilding after Hurricane Ian keeps contractors and owners asking for dated records. We fly construction progress, roof inspections, brand media, and waterfront listings, always from the air.

Rebuild documentation
Lee County has spent the years since Ian rebuilding, and the work shows up in the schedule. The Estero Boulevard storm rebuild tracked a Fort Myers Beach home from concrete shell through framing, and it shows how the sets function: one record for the builder, owner, and lender, built so nobody had to drive to the island for an update. The same method works for commercial pads off Colonial Boulevard, the Daniels Parkway corridor, and mixed-use projects around Gulf Coast Town Center. Progress documentation can be flown weekly or monthly.
Roofs and storm exposure
Fort Myers has a lot of older tile, flat commercial roofing, and condo roofs near the water. After a storm, located photo sets sorted by building help managers and adjusters see which roofs need attention first. Our roof inspection service is aerial only, and each set is labeled so a repair crew can find the exact spot from the report. A dated pre-season baseline gives owners a before-and-after record, as described in the pre-hurricane guide.
River, brand, and heritage work
The River District, Centennial Park, and the McGregor Boulevard royal palms give brand shoots recognizable context. Restaurants, hotels, and developers use aerials of the riverfront for campaigns, while estates on the Caloosahatchee are shot for listings at golden hour. Survey and volumetric work for larger sites runs through our sister company FAST.
Seasonal timing
The dry season, roughly November through April, offers the clearest light and the heaviest construction schedule. In summer, thunderstorms build after midday, so flights run in the morning and inspections follow storm passes. Hurricane season shapes rebuild planning, since sites need documentation before and after weather.
Beyond the river
Past the downtown core, the Sanibel Causeway, Iona, and McGregor corridors lead toward the islands, and Gateway and Lehigh Acres to the east are among the fastest-growing parts of Lee County. Large residential build-outs there are tracked with dated overview sets, which show road, drainage, and lot progress across acres that a site walk cannot cover.
