Construction
Rebuilding on Estero Blvd, week by week
Monthly aerial progress on a Fort Myers Beach storm rebuild, from concrete shell to framing, kept dated and branded for the owner and the lender.

The brief
- Client
- JD Construction, 3670 Estero Blvd
- Goal
- Give the builder, the owner, and the lender one clear record of progress on a post-storm rebuild, without anyone driving to the site.
- Scope
- Recurring monthly flights over the lot, dated and branded photo sets, with an orthomosaic upgrade once the slab was down.
What we delivered
- Monthly dated aerial photo sets, branded with the builder's banner
- Same-angle repeat shots so any two months line up
- A Construct Viewer project for scrubbing progress by date
- Draw-ready images the lender could file with each request
What we flew
This is a Fort Myers Beach rebuild that had to be documented from the ground up, literally. We started over the cleared lot, then flew it again every month as the concrete shell went up and framing followed. Each flight repeats the same set of angles, so the March set and the June set line up and the progress is obvious at a glance.
Progress photos are not always an orthomosaic, and they should not have to be. Most months the builder just needs fast dated photos with their banner on them, delivered on our standard 3-business-day turnaround, with rush available. Once the slab was down and the footprint mattered, we added the aerial map so measurements lined up with the plans.
The deliverable
Every capture lands in a Construct Viewer project. The owner, the builder, and the lender open one link and scrub the job by date, so a draw request comes with the imagery already attached. No one has to be on the island to know where the job stands.
The recurring flights are our progress documentation service, built for the construction crews who need a defensible record without slowing the schedule.
